Bob Novak passed away today (Tuesday, August 18, 2009) due to complications from brain cancer.
He was diagnosed following a car accident in July of 2008.
Novak was a syndicated columnist, journalist and conservative political commentator and a self labeled “stirrer of strife”
The oddity (or perhaps not) that was Robert Novak was that he was a registered democrat despite his low-tax, small-government libertarian views.
The fact of the matter is that Novak was a journalist and a reporter who cared deeply about his country, it's system of government and the challenges faced by both.
Rest in Peace Mr. Novak!!
